**Job Title** Senior Salesforce Developer **Role Summary** Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud solutions as a key individual contributor. Work closely with business owners, architects, and product teams to translate requirements into robust code, ensuring high‑quality Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components implementations that drive business value. **Expectations** - Deliver end‑to‑end solutions within agreed timelines, applying Salesforce best practices. - Maintain comprehensive documentation and support knowledge base for developed features. - Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to continuously improve system performance and user experience. - Lead troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization of existing Salesforce applications. **Key Responsibilities** - Design Sales/Service Cloud architecture in partnership with business analysts and solution architects. - Write, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, and controllers; develop Visualforce pages and Lightning Web Components. - Build and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries; implement and maintain Salesforce data models. - Configure and customize Lightning platform using declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, App Builder). - Integrate Salesforce with external systems via SOAP/REST APIs and platforms such as Jitterbit. - Develop and maintain Einstein Analytics dashboards and AI‑driven features. - Conduct unit tests, debug code, and perform code reviews to uphold quality standards. - Provide operational support, bug fixes, and enhancements for existing applications. - Mentor junior developers and share best practices across the team. **Required Skills** - Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL. - Experience with Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST) and integration tools (e.g., Jitterbit, Loo). - Deep knowledge of Salesforce Lightning platform customization and declarative automation. - Practical experience with Object‑Oriented Programming (Java or .NET). - Familiarity with Einstein Analytics and AI‑driven Salesforce features. - Ability to write clean, maintainable code and conduct thorough unit testing. - Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience. - 5+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in Salesforce development. - 2+ years of experience implementing Salesforce Einstein analytics. - Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
