**Job Title:** Full Stack Developer **Role Summary:** Senior Full‑Stack Developer responsible for building and maintaining high‑performance custom and templated websites, and for architecting the internal CMS/e‑commerce platform. Works closely with design, product, and client teams to deliver responsive, accessible, and brand‑aligned digital experiences while driving platform modernization and process improvement. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality code on schedule across all phases of the development lifecycle. - Keep solutions simple, maintainable, and scalable. - Lead technical decision‑making and mentor junior developers. - Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to translate requirements into functional, user‑friendly features. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and test responsive websites using modern front‑end frameworks (Vue, React, Svelte). - Build and extend custom CMS and e‑commerce components within MVC PHP frameworks and WordPress. - Create and maintain SCSS stylesheets ensuring performance and cross‑device compatibility. - Consume and integrate REST‑based APIs, social feeds, and marketing services. - Ensure web accessibility (WCAG), legal, and regulatory compliance. - Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and uphold coding standards. - Train and support clients on CMS usage and best practices. - Collaborate with third‑party developers to integrate stable, clean solutions. - Stay current with emerging web technologies and industry trends, particularly in the wine/e‑commerce sector. **Required Skills:** - 6+ years of professional web development experience (agency, tech, or professional services). - Proficiency with a modern front‑end framework: Vue, React, or Svelte. - Experienced with SCSS and responsive design principles. - Strong command of RESTful API integration. - Knowledge of server‑side MVC PHP frameworks and WordPress. - Solid understanding of version control (Git), testing, debugging, and deployment pipelines. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentorship abilities. - Strong design sensibility and attention to detail. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
