Job Description
**Job Title:** Sales Business Analyst **Role Summary** Support data-driven sales strategy and inventory optimization to scale a fast-growing consumer beauty and fragrance brand across global retail partners. **Expectations** 4–6 years of sales/business analyst experience in consumer brands, retail, or omnichannel environments. Self-driven, analytical, and collaborative with ownership mindset to build scalable analytics processes. **Key Responsibilities** - Analyze sales data across channels/retailers to identify trends, growth opportunities, and risk areas. - Develop demand planning and forecasting models (short/mid/long-term) for inventory allocation and new product launches. - ManageSKU allocations, monitor retailer inventory levels, and collaborate with supply chain/retail teams to prevent stock imbalances. - Design and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and templates for leadership and cross-functional teams. - Evaluate promotional, launch, and markdown performance to refine forecasting and optimize sell-through. - Present data insights to stakeholders, translating analytics into actionable strategies for sales, marketing, and operations. - Standardize processes, tools, and best practices for analytics, forecasting, and inventory planning. **Required Skills** Advanced Excel and data modeling, demand forecasting, inventory allocation, retail analytics, data visualization (BI/dashboards), cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder communication. **Required Education & Certifications** Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, analytics, or related field. Prior experience in brand-side sales analytics preferred; certifications (e.g., demand planning, data tools) advantageous.
