About the Company

Shake Shack sprouted from a hot dog cart in Madison Square Park (NYC) to support the Madison Square Park Conservancy’s first art installation. The cart was quite the success, with Shack fans lined up daily for three summers. In 2004, a permanent kiosk opened in the park: Shake Shack was born. This modern day “roadside” burger stand serves up the most delicious burgers, hot dogs, frozen custard, shakes, beer, wine and more. An instant neighborhood fixture, we welcomed people from all over the city, country and world who gathered together to enjoy fresh, simple, high-quality versions of the classics. The rest, as they say, is burger history. And since day one, it would not have been possible without our stellar team! Job title Digital Marketing Analyst Role Summary Analyze and visualize digital marketing performance to drive strategic decisions. Develop dashboards, manage marketing mix modeling, and forecast campaign effectiveness. Expectations - Deliver data-driven insights to senior stakeholders. - Maintain data accuracy, quality, and governance. - Act as primary analyst for web, app, kiosk, and CRM marketing data. Key Responsibilities - Orchestrate data collection from sources such as Snowflake, Google Analytics, and third-party platforms. - Build and update interactive dashboards in Tableau and Google Data Studio. - Run marketing mix models to assess historical impact and forecast reallocation scenarios. - Partner with agencies to source required analytics data. - Segment customer database to optimize targeting efforts. - Create clear, actionable reports and presentations for cross‑functional teams. - Perform data validation, QA, and troubleshooting. Required Skills - Advanced proficiency in SQL; ability to write complex queries and stored procedures. - Experience (2+ years) with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics). - Strong data visualization skills; expertise in Tableau and Google Data Studio. - Familiarity with Alteryx or similar ETL platforms. - Excellent analytical, writing, and communication abilities. - Attention to detail, problem‑solving, and ability to explain consumer behavior. Required Education & Certifications - High school diploma or equivalent (required). - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field (preferred). - Certifications in data visualization or analytics tools (e.g., Tableau Desktop Specialist, Google Analytics Individual Qualification) welcomed.
