Job Title: Marketing Executive
Role Summary:
Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels, delivering engaging content that drives brand engagement and meets performance targets.
Expactations:
* Deliver high‑quality marketing assets on schedule in line with brand objectives.
* Maintain accurate documentation of spend and performance metrics.
* Foster collaborative relationships with cross‑functional stakeholders and external agencies.
* Continuously apply industry insights and feedback to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, launch, and monitor multi‑channel marketing campaigns (email, social, print, digital, events, webinars).
* Write compelling copy and produce marketing collateral that reflects brand positioning.
* Manage campaign timelines using project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello).
* Coordinate creative briefs, approvals, and delivery to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
* Track and report on budget adherence and ROI, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
* Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and audience behaviour.
* Collaborate with sales, data, operations, editorial, design, digital, finance, and external partners.
Required Skills:
* Proven experience in executing integrated marketing campaigns.
* Strong organisational and project management abilities; adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously.
* Comfortable with CMS platforms, email service providers, and project management systems.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and impact.
* High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
* Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret data and translate insights into action.
* Collaborative, adaptable, and effective in stakeholder management.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Required Education & Certifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* Relevant certifications in digital marketing, project management, or analytics preferred.
