Job Description
Job title: Marketing Assistant Role Summary: Support the Delivering integrated marketing programmes for multiple commercial properties, orchestrating digital campaigns, events, and stakeholder engagement to drive footfall and sales while fostering community connections. Expectations: - Proactive, self‑motivated, and capable of working autonomously. - Excellent professional communication and relationship‑building skills. - Creative thinker who can devise innovative marketing ideas. - Team player with a positive, results‑oriented approach. Key Responsibilities: - Implement personalised marketing plans across multiple accounts. - Coordinate events and onsite activations, preparing function sheets and liaising with suppliers. - Manage daily social media content (posting, monitoring, analytics). - Draft marketing content for social, web, PR, proposals, and reports. - Create and distribute e‑newsletters to relevant groups. - Track and report on budget, analytics and performance metrics. - Engage with tenants, office occupiers, community groups and the public. - Support the broader marketing mix—digital, web, advertising, PR and social media services. Required Skills: - Proficiency with ContentCal, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva. - Strong project management and deadline‑management abilities. - Data collection and analytical reporting skills. - Knowledge of social media channels and trends. - Effective stakeholder and supplier coordination. - Excellent written and verbal communication. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
