**Job Title:** Marketing Manager
**Role Summary**
Owns end‑to‑end planning and execution of marketing campaigns for a defined set of tax‑efficient and inheritance tax planning products within a regulated financial services environment. Collaborates with head of marketing, fellow managers and cross‑functional teams (sales, operations, product, digital, design, events, PR, social, partnerships, commercial) to develop integrated, compliant, customer‑centric communications.
**Expecations**
- Deliver campaign plans on schedule, meeting go‑live targets.
- Maintain high‑quality, compliance‑ready content in line with financial promotion rules.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and collaborative leadership.
- Apply data‑driven insights to optimise performance and scale marketing initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and execute product‑specific campaign calendars (annual, half‑year, quarterly).
- Build and nurture relationships with sales, operations, and product teams to align marketing assets with business objectives.
- Lead creation of monthly product emails; partner with digital team for seamless execution.
- Ensure accurate product representation on the website; work with digital team on site content.
- Develop and maintain social media schedules for product sets.
- Champion test‑and‑learn pilots, analyse results, and roll‑out successful concepts.
- Expand and refresh collateral (financial adviser and investor‑facing), writing and editing content.
- Support strategic partnership content initiatives.
- Co‑create educational and thought‑leadership material with the Commercial Director.
- Produce webinar content, manage production and promotion (pre/post).
- Drive direct‑to‑investor outreach (direct mail, email).
- Maintain compliance via system tools (e.g., Dot Approve) and uphold consumer duty standards.
**Required Skills**
- Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience in financial services or investment management, ideally in intermediary marketing.
- Deep understanding of financial promotions, regulatory compliance, and consumer duty.
- Strong organisational and project‑management abilities; proven track record of meeting deadlines.
- Excellent written communication: translate technical product detail into customer‑friendly copy.
- Data‑savvy: analyse campaign metrics and optimise future work.
- Proficient with email‑marketing CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing preferred).
- Meticulous attention to detail and proofreading.
- Effective stakeholder management and cross‑team collaboration.
- Creative problem‑solving mindset.
- Team‑centric attitude, high discretionary effort.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field.
- Knowledge of regulated marketing and financial promotion standards (e.g., FCA, MiFID II).
- Any relevant marketing or compliance certifications (e.g., Certified Financial Marketing Professional, CAMS) preferred but not mandatory.
