**Job Title** Account Executive (Construction) **Role Summary** Drive commercial growth in the construction sector by prospecting, selling, and assuring delivery of Aphex’s platform. Translate on‑site experience into value‑based selling, build relationships with senior decision‑makers, and manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead to close. **Expectations** - Achieve defined quarterly and annual sales targets. - Own end‑to‑end sales cycle for all account activities. - Deliver measurable ROI through successful platform deployments. - Act as bridge between sales and customer success teams. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify and map opportunities within targeted construction accounts. - Conduct research to understand project scope, stakeholders, and pain points. - Generate outreach via LinkedIn, calls, and industry events. - Deliver product demos tailored to specific project challenges. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals. - Lead post‑sale deployment planning with customer success. - Track and report sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics. - Maintain active professional presence on LinkedIn and industry forums. - Collaborate with sales ops and marketing for lead qualification. - Build bottom‑up momentum while supporting top‑down account strategies. **Required Skills** - In‑depth knowledge of construction project management or site roles. - Proven sales experience (B2B, SaaS, or complex solutions). - Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities. - Self‑driven with a results‑oriented mindset. - Ability to educate clients on technology benefits. - Comfortable using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools. - Adaptability to fast‑moving, high‑growth environments. - Team collaboration across sales, success, and product. - Fluency in English; additional European language a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction, engineering, business, or related field. - Validatory certifications (e.g., AMSA Agent, Project Management Professional) are advantageous but not mandatory.
