Integrations Developer
Role Summary
Design, develop, test, deploy, and support integrations between cloud‑hosted and on‑premise systems using an Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) solution. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, infrastructure, BI, and software teams to deliver solutions that meet functional and non‑functional requirements within defined scope, schedule, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze integration requirements and design scalable, reusable integration patterns.
- Build, test, and deploy Boomi (or equivalent iPaaS) integrations.
- Perform code and design reviews to ensure compliance with architecture and coding standards.
- Monitor, diagnose, and troubleshoot integrations using logs, third‑party tools, and source/destination data analysis.
- Integrate ERP, CRM, and web application solutions (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, AWS, Azure).
- Provide technical subject‑matter expertise on integration services to business and technical stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation for integration designs, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Evaluate and recommend design frameworks and methodologies to support functional and non‑functional requirements.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience designing and maintaining integrations in an iPaaS environment.
- Proficiency with API‑based integration, including REST, SOAP, JSON, and web services interoperability.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Self‑starter, organized, and detail‑oriented.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Visio, Word, Excel).
- Experience with .NET development, BI, and data‑modelling tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with monitoring, diagnosing, and supporting integrations.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred certifications: Dell Boomi Professional, MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect, AWS Architect, or similar system architecture/integration credentials.
