**Job Title:** Cabin Crew – Stansted **Role Summary:** Provide safe, efficient, and high‑quality in‑flight service to passengers on Ryanair flights operating from London Stansted. Deliver customer service, enforce safety procedures, and promote ancillary sales while adhering to a fixed 5‑on/3‑off roster. **Expectations:** - Availability for early (as early as 05:00) and late (up to midnight) shift patterns on a 5‑days‑on/3‑days‑off roster. - Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and travel throughout the Ryanair network. - Height between 157 cm and 188 cm. - Ability to swim 25 m unaided and assist another swimmer. - Pass mandatory English language assessment and situational judgment test. - Flexible, hardworking, and customer‑focused attitude. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct pre‑flight safety checks and briefings. - Enforce safety regulations and respond to emergencies. - Deliver courteous, prompt service to passengers throughout the flight. - Promote and process onboard sales (e.g., duty‑free, food & beverage). - Resolve passenger issues and handle complaints professionally. - Work collaboratively with crew and ground staff to ensure smooth operations. **Required Skills:** - Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (spoken and written). - Excellent customer‑service orientation with a “can‑do” attitude. - Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. - Basic sales aptitude for onboard product promotion. - Physical fitness to meet height and swimming requirements. **Required Education & Certifications:** - No formal education required; successful completion of Ryanair’s internationally recognised cabin crew training program (provided). - Right‑to‑work authorization in the UK. - Pass English proficiency test and situational judgment test during recruitment.
