Job Title: Head of Marketing Operations
Role Summary
Lead end‑to‑end marketing strategy and operations, building a scalable, data‑driven machine that drives paid media, lifecycle campaigns, creative ops, and analytics across a highly regulated industry. Own forecasting, dashboards, and cross‑functional alignment with sales, product, and finance.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct the full marketing ecosystem: paid media, lifecycle, creative ops, analytics, and trade.
- Design, implement, and optimize systems, workflows, and reporting frameworks for efficiency and scale.
- Own marketing data, forecasting, and performance dashboards; translate insights into strategy.
- Manage all growth channels (Meta, Google, SEO, affiliates, influencers, lifecycle).
- Architect scalable workflows and reporting processes across departments.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Finance to align forecasts and growth goals.
- Partner with creative to translate performance data into winning campaigns.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high‑performing marketing team focused on accountability and innovation.
Required Skills
- 8–12 years of senior marketing operations, growth, or performance leadership.
- Proven scaling experience in regulated categories (cannabis, alcohol, supplements, etc.).
- Advanced data fluency: dashboards, metrics, and analytical insight.
- Expertise in acquisition channels and analytics tools (Meta, Google Ads, Looker, GA4, Klaviyo, Shopify, etc.).
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management.
- Hands‑on execution mindset with strategic vision.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Certifications in analytics and media platforms (e.g., Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, GA4 certification) are a plus.
