**Job title:** Social Media Manager & Content Creator (Dutch & French) – Belgium **Role Summary:** Develop and execute a social-first strategy for two global food brands, creating engaging, trend‑driven visual content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Manage brand presence, community growth, and performance analytics while collaborating with editorial, creative, and analytics teams. **Expectations:** - Deliver consistently high‑engagement, culturally relevant content in Dutch and French that enhances brand visibility worldwide. - Translate market trends and brand objectives into compelling storytelling that exceeds engagement benchmarks. - Own the social content calendar, ensuring cohesive campaigns and brand voice across all channels. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create eye‑catching video, photo, and graphics using Adobe Suite, Capcut, Canva, and mobile editing tools. - Translate always‑on content strategy into real‑time posts tied to cultural moments and trending topics. - Monitor platform algorithms, new formats, and performance metrics to keep content fresh and impactful. - Execute end‑to‑end social strategy: trend spotting, content planning, community building, audience activation, and conversational engagement. - Use social‑listening tools (e.g., Meltwater) to track community sentiment and inform content direction. - Brief and coordinate with internal creators, maintaining brand tone and consistency. - Manage the social content calendar, coordinating with media, brand, and GenAI teams to optimize reach and performance. - Lead community management, fan activation, and brand conversations on all relevant platforms. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Capcut, Canva, and mobile editing apps. - Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social media trends; ability to craft Gen Z‑centric content. - Strong storytelling and visual communication skills, with a culinary focus (food aesthetics and sensory appeal). - Data‑driven and culture‑driven decision making; experience with performance tracking and analytics. - Excellent stakeholder and project management; cross‑functional collaboration. - Fluent in Dutch (Flemish), English, and French (written and spoken). - Passion for food and culinary culture, with curiosity for global cuisines. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. - Certification in Social Media Marketing or Digital Content Production is a plus.
