Job Description
Job Title: Sourcing & Compliance Coordinator (FTC) Role Summary: Provide comprehensive administrative and analytical support to the Sourcing & Supply Chain function during a 1‑year maternity cover. Own data integrity, supplier documentation, and compliance processes while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to enhance sourcing performance and efficiency. Expectations: - Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and data management. - Meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach to documentation. - Proactive self‑starter who identifies gaps and drives improvement initiatives. - Effective communicator and collaborator across product, finance, freight, packaging, and labelling partners. Key Responsibilities: 1. **Data Management & Reporting** - Analyse, organise, and maintain sourcing and supplier data for accuracy across internal systems. - Build and update dashboards and reports tracking supplier performance, cost breakdowns, lead times, and other KPIs. - Deliver data insights to stakeholders to inform strategic sourcing decisions. 2. **Supplier & Compliance Administration** - Maintain current supplier records, including product certifications, ESG/sustainability credentials, and audit documentation. - Support end‑to‑end compliance processes for suppliers, freight forwarders, packaging, and labelling partners. - Ensure adherence to ESG, quality, and regulatory standards and internal sourcing policies. 3. **Cross‑Functional Collaboration** - Act as central point of contact for sourcing‑related administrative tasks and project support. - Partner with Product, Finance, and other teams to align information flow and processes. 4. **Operational Support & Initiative** - Assist the Sourcing & Supply Chain Manager in executing and refining sourcing strategies and procedures. - Identify and implement improvements in supplier onboarding, documentation, and compliance tracking. - Lead or contribute to cross‑functional projects aimed at enhancing sourcing performance and process efficiency. Required Skills: - Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools. - Detail‑oriented with a methodical approach to data accuracy and documentation. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. - Self‑motivated with entrepreneurial mindset to spot opportunities and drive initiatives. - Basic understanding of ESG compliance, supplier standards, and sustainability practices. - Familiarity with ERP/PLM systems (e.g., SAP, Business Central) preferred. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field.
