Job title: Data Analyst
Role Summary:
Provide expert data analysis and architecture consulting for clients, designing and implementing tailored data solutions, and supporting end‑to‑end delivery of data initiatives.
Expectations:
- Deliver high‑quality data solutions aligned with client business needs.
- Demonstrate proactive client engagement and clear communication of technical concepts.
- Operate independently with strong analytical rigor while collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on data architecture, storage, and analytics strategy.
- Design and implement data pipelines, transformations, and visualizations.
- Develop data models using SQL Server and ETL tools (Talend, SSIS).
- Build Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring clarity and performance.
- Integrate data and services within Azure environments (Data Factory, Synapse, etc.).
- Support end‑to‑end solution delivery: requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with consulting teams on broader transformation projects.
- Participate in knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of data practices.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics, data engineering, or related roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and visual design.
- Strong command of data integration tools: Talend, SSIS, or comparable ETL platforms.
- Proficient with SQL Server (T‑SQL, indexing, performance tuning).
- Experience deploying data solutions on Azure (Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake, etc.).
- Fluent in French (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Methodical, data‑driven decision making, and rigorous quality focus.
- Self‑motivated, adaptable, and capable of working autonomously.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Optional/advantageous certifications: Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst, Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate, Microsoft Certified: SQL Server Database Administrator, or equivalent.
