Job Description

**Job Title:** DevOps Engineer (Mid‑Level) **Role Summary:** Deploys and maintains code built by development teams using Azure DevOps. Builds and manages CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and supports Azure, Dynamics 365, and PowerApps deployments. Provides mentorship to junior engineers and drives process improvements for automation, cost‑efficiency, and security. **Expectations:** * 3+ years experience as an Azure DevOps Engineer. * Proven track record in Agile/Scrum environments and full SDLC. * Strong scripting and automation skills. * Willingness to support after‑hours incidents when necessary. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Design, build, and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines (classic and YAML). 2. Develop and deploy infrastructure in Azure using Terraform. 3. Manage code repositories (Git/TFS) and enforce branch‑merge best practices. 4. Coordinate deployments for Azure services, Dynamics 365 F&O, and PowerApps. 5. Mentor junior DevOps staff and conduct training sessions. 6. Evaluate and recommend automation, cost‑saving, and security enhancements. 7. Collaborate with developers, product owners, and IT Ops to align on releases. 8. Apply change‑management processes and document deployment activities. 9. Participate in after‑hours support as needed. **Required Skills:** * Azure DevOps & Azure CLI expertise. * Git and TFS source control. * Scripting in Python & PowerShell. * Terraform for infrastructure provisioning. * YAML and classic pipeline configuration. * Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations cloud ERP. * Strong analytic, problem‑solving, and detail orientation. * Excellent written & verbal communication. * Interpersonal skills, customer‑service focus, and teamwork. * Knowledge of Agile project management practices. * Ability to handle after‑hours incident response. **Required Education & Certifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience). * Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or similar certifications highly preferred.
