Job Description
**Job title**: Customer Success Manager **Role Summary**: Develop and execute digital adoption strategies for automotive finance clients, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. Act as a technical and strategic partner, delivering data‑driven insights, product integrations, and tailored solutions while maintaining frequent regional client visits. **Expectations**: - Meet or exceed client retention and upsell targets. - Build and nurture relationships with senior and board‑level stakeholders. - Use data analysis to demonstrate measurable performance improvements. - Maintain a customer‑first mindset and represent the company’s commitment to digital transformation. **Key Responsibilities**: - Visit clients regionally (Scotland & Northern Ireland) up to four days per week to onboard, support, and upsell services. - Create and deliver comprehensive digital strategies aligned with each client’s goals. - Act on insights from analytics dashboards to increase adoption of platforms and products. - Coordinate with media, fintech partners, and other integrators to provide end‑to‑end solutions. - Provide consultancy on best practices in e‑commerce and digital finance. - Report on performance metrics and feedback to internal teams. - Participate in structured CSM training and pursue relevant external accreditations. **Required Skills**: - Proven track record of designing and implementing digital strategies, ideally in motor finance. - Strong stakeholder management, including senior leadership and board members. - Data‑driven decision making; proficiency with analytics tools. - Technical knowledge of digital finance platforms and integration scenarios. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Customer‑centric approach with a passion for e‑commerce and digital financial services. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field. - Preferred certifications: Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM), Digital Marketing, or relevant fintech/finance credentials.
