Job Description
**Job Title:** Robotics Engineer **Role Summary:** Design, install, test, and maintain robotic and automation systems in a warehouse environment. Provide technical support, supervise staff and subcontractors, and manage project contracts while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. **Expectations:** - On‑site work only; no remote option. - Operate in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven setting. - Deliver high‑quality results under pressure with strong attention to detail. **Key Responsibilities:** - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on robotic equipment. - Install and configure hardware, software, and operating systems for testing and production. - Supervise, train, and motivate staff and subcontractors; oversee hiring and performance evaluation. - Develop and enforce policies, standards, and guidelines for robotics operations. - Manage contracts, project planning, and daily operational control. - Conduct client meetings to define system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines. - Perform regular inspection, maintenance, and quality assurance testing of equipment. **Required Skills:** - Strong knowledge of robotics, mechatronics, and automation engineering. - Proficient in hardware installation, software configuration, and manual testing. - Project management and planning abilities. - Technical support and problem‑solving expertise. - Ability to lead teams, train personnel, and manage subcontractors. - Excellent communication and client‑facing skills. - Ability to work under tight deadlines with high attention to detail. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or Automation Engineering. - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in installation, maintenance, inspection, or project management of robotic systems.
