Job Description
**Job title** Management Trainee – F&B **Role Summary** A 12‑month accelerated learning program designed to prepare future leaders in luxury food & beverage operations. Trainees rotate across hotel properties, receive on‑the‑job training, attend workshops, and work closely with senior leaders to master guest experience, service standards, and operational excellence. **Expectations** - Complete all training modules and performance evaluations within the 12‑month period. - Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast‑paced hospitality environment. - Apply learned concepts to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction. - Engage proactively with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams. **Key Responsibilities** - Assist in daily operations of restaurants, bars, and event spaces. - Support service delivery, menu execution, and guest engagement. - Contribute to inventory management, cost control, and financial reporting. - Participate in staff training, performance reviews, and quality audits. - Observe and document best practices for future application. - Collaborate with kitchen, front‑of‑house, and management teams to ensure seamless service. **Required Skills** - Excellent written and spoken English communication. - Strong customer‑service orientation and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a high‑pressure, team‑based environment. - Analytical thinking and basic financial literacy. - Initiative, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with a strong academic record. - Less than 2 years of post‑graduate work experience. - Minimum of two internships, or one equivalent 6‑month internship with a leading company. - No mandatory certifications required; hospitality or F&B knowledge is advantageous.
