Job Description: **Job Title:** Junior Product Designer (Full Remote) **Role Summary:** Design intuitive, high‑performing user experiences for a fast‑growing AI companionship platform. Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to translate complex AI features into clear UI flows, maintain a scalable design system, and contribute to rapid iteration cycles. **Expectations:** - Deliver end‑to‑end designs for multiple product surfaces (chat, onboarding, payments, character creation, landing pages). - Work efficiently in a fast‑moving, data‑driven environment while maintaining design quality. - Communicate design decisions clearly and incorporate feedback from cross‑functional stakeholders. - Contribute to A/B testing, prototype quickly, and explore AI‑assisted design tools. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own the design lifecycle from concept through delivery for assigned features. - Create production‑ready UI assets and interactive prototypes in Figma. - Evolve and apply a unified design system to ensure consistency across the product suite. - Conduct competitor and market research to inform design direction. - Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketers; participate in design reviews. - Support rapid iteration and experimentation, including A/B test preparation and analysis. **Required Skills:** - 5+ years of product design experience (preferably in dating/social platforms, chat interfaces, AI‑generated content, or gamified products). - Strong interaction, visual, and responsive design capabilities; solid information architecture sense. - Proficiency with Figma and advanced prototyping tools. - Demonstrated ability to ship 0→1 features and iterate based on user feedback. - Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to synthesize research insights into actionable design solutions. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - No specific certifications required; portfolio showcasing relevant product design work is essential.
