Job Description
Job title: Strategic Marketing Manager – Market & Product Consulting Role Summary: Lead the development and execution of DXC Maroc’s global marketing strategy and communications. Align initiatives with commercial goals, identify growth opportunities, and drive market and product positioning across local and international segments. Act as an internal consultant and external thought leader to ensure market‑driven decisions and optimal resource allocation. Expectations: - Deliver measurable, multi‑channel marketing strategies that support business growth and market diversification. - Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership to refine positioning, pricing and go‑to‑market plans. - Optimize marketing investment and manage external partners to maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities: - Co‑create and maintain the Marketing & Communications strategy, positioning, and market segmentation. - Build and sustain market intelligence capabilities; conduct trend analysis, competitor benchmarking and dynamic market mapping. - Design, launch, and evaluate multi‑platform campaigns; monitor KPIs and adjust tactics to meet performance targets. - Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration (Sales, Delivery, CTO) to ensure alignment of product/service roadmaps with market needs. - Identify new business opportunities, support cross‑sell/up‑sell initiatives, and lead go‑to‑market activities for new offers. - Manage budgets, external vendors, and internal training programs for junior staff. - Develop strategic partnerships and content frameworks to reinforce DXC’s brand positioning.
