**Job title**
AI Programme Coordinator – Enterprises (H/F)
**Role Summary**
Lead the development and execution of an AI strategy for businesses in Monaco. Coordinate programme activities, support companies and public actors, engage the local AI ecosystem, and monitor and report on performance.
**Expectations**
* 5–7 years of experience in digital transformation or AI programme management.
* Proven track record of deploying AI solutions and managing transition plans for organisations.
* Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and deliver measurable results.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Define and implement the AI strategy for Monaco businesses in partnership with institutional stakeholders.
* Translate strategy into a detailed operational plan with objectives, KPIs, and budget.
* Pilot and coordinate AI initiatives, ensuring progress, adjustment, and performance against targets.
* Provide expert support to companies and employees (diagnosis, audit, tool selection, deployment, best‑practice guidance).
* Design and deliver training and awareness programmes; develop guides, documentation and learning materials.
* Foster the local AI ecosystem: identify, engage and coordinate enterprises, institutions, experts, researchers and suppliers.
* Organise events (conferences, workshops, round‑tables) to promote AI adoption and networking.
* Establish a performance monitoring system, evaluate impact on business competitiveness, and produce regular progress reports.
* Conduct continuous monitoring of AI technology trends, regulations and market dynamics; deliver strategic briefs and recommendations.
* Contribute to the development of internal training tools in collaboration with relevant services.
**Required Skills**
* Deep understanding of enterprise digital transformation and AI adoption challenges.
* Expertise in digital strategy, cloud, cybersecurity, e‑commerce, and emerging AI technologies.
* Proficiency with mainstream AI solutions: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, LM Studio, HuggingFace models, Lovable, Cursor, n8n, Make, autonomous agents, MidJourney, Runway, Nano Banana.
* Ability to assess, compare and recommend AI solutions tailored to business needs.
* Strong pedagogical skills: simplify technical concepts, design high‑quality training content, and facilitate learning sessions.
* Project management, stakeholder engagement, and programme evaluation competencies.
* Excellent communication (written and oral), with the ability to produce concise reports and strategic briefs.
**Required Education & Certifications**
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, Innovation Management, Digital Economy, Public Policy, or related field.
* Additional professional certifications in AI, digital strategy, or project management are a plus.
