**Job Title:** Digital Marketplace Specialist
**Role Summary:**
Drive online brand visibility and sales growth for client portfolios on leading e‑commerce and social commerce platforms, primarily Amazon and TikTok, along with emerging marketplaces. Collaborate within a cross‑functional team to strategize, launch, and optimize marketplace listings and advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall digital marketing objectives.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver measurable sales and traffic improvements for assigned client accounts.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of platform policies, algorithm changes, and industry trends.
- Provide proactive strategy recommendations and performance insights to stakeholders.
- Handle multiple accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Marketplace Account Management** – Set up, optimize, and replenish product listings on Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other relevant marketplaces.
2. **Advertising & Promotion** – Plan, execute, and monitor paid campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, TikTok Ads), adjusting bids and targeting to achieve KPIs.
3. **Data Analysis & Reporting** – Analyze sales, traffic, and conversion data; generate actionable reports for clients and internal teams.
4. **Competitive Monitoring** – Track competitor listings, pricing, and promotional tactics; propose competitive positioning strategies.
5. **Cross‑Functional Collaboration** – Work with creative, content, supply chain, and SEO specialists to ensure consistent product information and branding.
6. **Compliance & Optimization** – Ensure all listings comply with platform guidelines, update keywords, images, and copy for maximum visibility.
**Required Skills:**
- Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Advertising, TikTok Ads Manager, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Seller Central Reports).
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate findings into strategic actions.
- Excellent written communication for copywriting, reporting, and stakeholder updates.
- Project management skills: ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and coordinate across teams.
- Adaptability to rapidly changing platform features and market dynamics.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
- At least 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in marketplace strategy and paid advertising (Amazon, TikTok, or comparable platforms).
- Certifiable credentials are a plus: Amazon Advertising Professional Certification, TikTok Marketing Certification, or equivalent digital marketing credentials.
