**Job Title:** Business Development Intern (B2C/B2B) – Video & Social Media
**Role Summary:**
Support the growth of a video‑production agency by generating new business opportunities across social‑media platforms (especially TikTok). Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing, present service offerings, and feed qualified leads to the senior sales team.
**Expectations:**
- Consistently achieve weekly/monthly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline volume.
- Demonstrate proactive prospecting using LinkedIn, email, calls, events, and growth‑hacking tools.
- Maintain accurate records in the company CRM and provide regular performance reports.
- Collaborate with creative teams to craft compelling pre‑sales recommendations.
- Show strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills while thriving in a fast‑growth environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Prospect and qualify new clients across digital, media, and video sectors.
2. Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, cold mailing, phone calls, events, and growth‑marketing tactics.
3. Deliver product/service presentations (Splashr & Sparkle) after training.
4. Act as Sales Development Representative (SDR) to schedule qualified demos/meetings for the sales team.
5. Track activities, leads, and pipeline in the company CRM.
6. Participate in commercial brainstorming sessions with creative teams and assist in pre‑sales proposal development.
7. Report progress and insights to the Head of Sales.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong verbal and written communication in English (French a plus).
- High comfort with social‑media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat).
- Proven persistence, methodological approach, and ability to work autonomously.
- Creative mindset with an eye for video content trends.
- Competitively driven, proactive, and comfortable taking calculated risks.
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools and prospecting software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s program in Communication, Marketing, Business Development, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Prior internship or work‑study experience in digital agency, media, video production, or social‑media marketing preferred.
- No specific certifications required; demonstrable sales or prospecting experience is essential.
