Job Description
**Job Title:** Business Development Intern – SaaS Startup (2‑month, unpaid, alternance possible) **Role Summary:** Support the Sales Director in expanding the client portfolio of a SaaS platform that enhances restaurant online visibility, reputation, loyalty and customer acquisition. Drive prospecting activities across the French market (or additional markets if bilingual) and contribute to the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. **Expectations:** - Demonstrate proactive, “hunter” mindset and strong phone etiquette. - Maintain organized workflow and rigorous task management. - Meet or exceed weekly prospecting and pipeline targets. - Continuously learn, share best practices, and adapt based on performance data. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and approach new business accounts to grow the client portfolio. - Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email and other effective channels. - Manage and optimize personal sales pipeline to maximize conversions. - Log activities and track performance metrics in HubSpot CRM. - Share insights, successes and challenges with the sales team. - Perform competitive intelligence and market monitoring. **Required Skills:** - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially telephone. - Strong organizational and detail‑orientation abilities. - High motivation for challenges and self‑driven learning. - Ability to work independently and within a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment. - Basic proficiency with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) and common sales prospecting software. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently enrolled in a business‑focused program (e.g., Business Administration, Sales, Entrepreneurship) at a university or business school. - No specific certifications required; willingness to obtain any necessary internal training.
