Job Description
**Job Title:** ServiceNow Business Process Consultant **Role Summary** Act as a bridge between clients and technical teams during ServiceNow project deployments, guiding clients toward industry and organizational best practices while supporting solution delivery. **Expectations** 4-6 years in business process consulting or business analysis, with direct experience in ServiceNow implementation, requirement gathering, and Agile methodology. Must demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills to translate technical solutions into business value. **Key Responsibilities** - Explain ServiceNow best practices, Contender Solutions, and technical capabilities to stakeholders. - Gather, document, and refine business requirements from clients. - Identify process gaps and recommend ServiceNow configurations to align with client workflows. - Draft Agile user stories, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and facilitate organizational change management. - Collaborate with project managers, solution architects, and technical teams to ensure project deadlines and quality standards. **Required Skills** - ServiceNow configuration and administration (hands-on experience required). - ITIL framework knowledge. - Agile methodology (story refinement, testing, Scrum). - Strong verbal and written communication for stakeholder engagement. - Ability to conduct client workshops, demos, and solution walkthroughs. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in experience or military service. - ServiceNow System Admin Certification mandatory. - ITIL certification and additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Implementation Specialist) preferred but not required. *Note: Travel up to 10% may be required.*
