Job Description
**Job Title:** Salesforce Technical Lead **Role Summary:** Leads the design, development, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions, driving technical strategy, architecture, and delivery while mentoring a team of developers. Acts as the primary technical liaison between business stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to ensure robust, scalable, and high‑quality Salesforce applications. **Expectations:** - Provide hands‑on development and technical leadership across Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Omni‑Channel. - Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative, innovative team environment. - Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and agile delivery processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Architect and design end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions using declarative tools, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and API integrations. - Lead stakeholder workshops to gather requirements, define scope, and translate business needs into technical designs. - Implement data integration patterns and synchronize Salesforce with external systems. - Conduct code reviews, quality assurance, and performance testing; resolve technical issues throughout testing and deployment. - Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Salesforce DX, Azure DevOps) following industry standards. - Participate in agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand‑ups, and sprint reviews. - Stay current with Salesforce releases and emerging technologies; recommend adoption of new features. **Required Skills:** - 8+ years of Salesforce development experience with complex, multi‑module projects. - Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and Salesforce DX. - Proven leadership/mentoring ability in an agile environment. - Strong communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences. - Experience with CI/CD tooling (Azure DevOps or similar) and agile methodologies. - Excellent problem‑solving, debugging, and performance‑tuning capabilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Preferred certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect (or equivalent).
