**Job Title:** Philanthropy Manager **Role Summary** Build and manage a major donor portfolio to secure five to six-figure individual and trust donations. Develop cultivation strategies, steward relationships, and deliver events to support annual campaigns and thematic funding goals. Collaborate cross-functionally to expand the philanthropy program and achieve 5-year income targets. **Expectations** - Achieve annual income targets through donor portfolio growth. - Execute moves management and pipeline development with data accuracy. - Coordinate high-impact fundraising events and appeals. - Align with teams to optimize website, social media, and data tools for philanthropy. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Manage major donor portfolio (individuals, trusts) via personalized communication and cultivation plans. 2. Design and implement donor events, campaigns, and appeals aligned with Comic Relief’s mission. 3. Collaborate with Prospect Research Manager to identify prospects and refine pipeline strategies. 4. Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Web, Social Media) to enhance digital philanthropy engagement. 5. Ensure GDPR-compliant donor data management using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, RaisersEdge). 6.
