Job Description: **Job Title** Test Solution Developer (F/M) **Role Summary** Autonomous developer responsible for engineering, deploying, and supporting automated test systems and associated HMI interfaces. Focus on enhancing measurement preparation, monitoring, data handling, and visualization while ensuring quality‑assurance integration and compliance with regulated environments. **Expectations** - Proactive, self‑directed, and solution‑oriented. - Strong collaboration with R&D and operations teams. - Effective communicator in technical English. - Commitment to continuous improvement and process excellence. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, code, and validate software for measurement preparation, supervision, and control. - Develop reliable communication interfaces between test rigs and operators. - Implement scalable data‑storage solutions (file format standardization, database design). - Create automated data‑visualization and analysis tools. - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix software issues on test benches. - Provide technical support to R&D teams. - Deploy CI/CD pipelines to meet quality‑management requirements. - Produce and maintain technical documentation and user manuals. **Required Skills** - Advanced proficiency in Python programming. - Version control experience with Git; collaborative coding practices. - UI/UX development for laboratory HMI. - Basic database knowledge (SQL or equivalent). - Debugging and maintenance of embedded / test‑equipment software. - Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous delivery concepts. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English. - Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Automation, Instrumentation, or a closely related engineering discipline. - (Optional but beneficial) Experience in highly regulated sectors such as medical devices or aerospace. - (Optional) Formal training or certification in database management.
