Job title: Director of Implementation
Role Summary: Lead and execute end‑to‑end enterprise implementations of AI‑driven in‑home care platforms, ensuring on‑time go‑lives, controlled scope, and seamless handover to Customer Success. Serve as senior escalation point, managing clinical, technical, and operational dependencies across multi‑site deployments.
Expectations: Deliver projects on schedule, within scope, and with high quality; establish repeatable delivery standards, governance, and performance metrics; mentor implementation teams; continuously improve methodologies and playbooks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own planning, coordination, and execution of multi‑site, enterprise‑level implementations from commercial handoff to go‑live.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resource models, and risk mitigation.
- Act as senior escalation point for delivery blockers, risks, and readiness issues.
- Conduct hands‑on onboarding, technical integrations (EHR/EMR, device provisioning, mobile app enablement, HL7/FHIR data connectivity), and training.
- Validate operational readiness with clinical partners (staffing models, escalation pathways, safety protocols).
- Collaborate with Engineering/Product on configurations and customer‑specific enhancements.
- Capture implementation learnings to influence product roadmap and clinical protocols.
- Lead lifecycle deployment of new products, from scoping to post‑implementation review.
- Drive continuous improvement of implementation tools and playbooks.
- Mentor and develop the implementation organization, setting accountability standards.
- Build performance metrics and capacity models to scale delivery.
Required Skills:
- 6+ years of project management in healthcare technology or virtual care.
- 3+ years leading complex enterprise implementations in health systems, practices, or payers.
- Proficiency in EHR integrations (Epic, Cerner) and healthcare data exchanges (HL7, FHIR).
- Strong stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Ability to develop deployment playbooks, governance frameworks, and turnaround metrics.
- Hands‑on execution capability while coaching teams.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- PMP, Lean, Agile, or equivalent certifications preferred.
- Advanced degrees (MBA, MHA) and clinical background considered bonuses.
