**Job Title** Data Analyst **Role Summary** Responsible for creating and maintaining accurate data definitions, processes, and documentation to enable consistent data usage across the organization. Conducts data analysis to generate actionable insights and supports reporting, experimentation, and decision‑making for marketing, operations, and customer journey enhancements. **Expectations** - 3 + years in a data analyst or business intelligence role. - Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and documentation. - Comfortable managing multiple projects remotely in a fast‑paced environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Build and maintain comprehensive data dictionaries and process maps. - Design repeatable, well‑documented data workflows ensuring data integrity. - Develop and update dashboards and reports in Looker Studio, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, and Salesforce. - Analyze data related to marketing, lead generation, operations, and customer journeys. - Collaborate cross‑functionally to capture requirements, document data flows, and translate insights into business language. - Lead data quality initiatives, identifying inconsistencies and inefficiencies. - Support experimentation (A/B testing, funnel analysis) through design, tracking setup, and performance analysis. - Deliver accurate, presentation‑ready insights to senior leadership. **Required Skills** - Proficiency with Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and Salesforce reporting. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and structured thinking skills. - Clear, confident communication of technical concepts to non‑technical audiences. - Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a remote setting. **Preferred Skills** - Familiarity with Salesforce CRM data models. - Basic SQL or data transformation tools (e.g., BigQuery, Zapier). - Experience in healthcare, MarTech, or mission‑driven environments. - Understanding of marketing funnels and campaign performance metrics. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - No specific certifications required.
