**Job Title**: Salesforce Business Analyst **Role Summary**: Acts as the conduit between business stakeholders and the Salesforce technical team. Translates business requirements into detailed, actionable specifications, manages the Salesforce backlog, and ensures deliverables align with organizational goals while driving continuous process improvement and automation. **Expectations**: - Deliver fully documented, actionable requirements for every sprint planning session. - Maintain a prioritized, organized Salesforce backlog that reflects business value. - Reduce manual processes through documented automation opportunities. - Enhance cross-functional alignment and solution clarity via consistent stakeholder engagement. - Support analytics on Salesforce performance and adoption trends. **Key Responsibilities**: - Conduct discovery sessions to capture detailed business requirements. - Document user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria with precision. - Maintain a living repository of business processes and Salesforce workflows. - Partner with Salesforce administrators and developers to validate feasibility and define technical approaches. - Prioritize backlog items, identify dependencies, and assess risks for sprint readiness. - Track progress, report initiative status, and communicate updates to leadership. - Facilitate stakeholder demos, testing, and sign-off processes to ensure feature alignment with requirements. - Identify recurring process inefficiencies and recommend automation or system enhancements. - Gather end‑user feedback to inform future roadmap priorities. - Support analytics and insights into Salesforce performance and adoption. **Required Skills**: - 3–5 years experience as a Business Analyst supporting Salesforce CRM. - Proven ability to translate business needs into user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria. - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and capabilities (Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud preferred). - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with sprint-based delivery. - Excellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical audiences. - Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Visio, or equivalent documentation platforms. - Familiarity with data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (equivalent experience accepted).
