Drive data accuracy, system enhancements, and cross‑functional collaboration to align sales operations, finance, and go‑to‑market teams. **Expectations** * 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Salesforce roles focused on revenue, sales operations, or finance. * Deep understanding of end‑to‑end sales and revenue processes. * Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical system solutions. * Detail‑oriented with strong documentation habits and a continuous learning mindset toward evolving Salesforce capabilities. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Configure and enhance Salesforce revenue workflows, including opportunities, quotes, pricing, and contracts. 2. Implement forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue‑reporting tools and dashboards. 3. Perform data quality audits, clean‑up activities, and maintain accurate revenue data. 4. Collaborate with Sales Ops, Finance, and GTM teams to gather requirements and deliver system improvements. 5. Support system changes tied to growth initiatives, mergers, or platform integrations. 6. Provide end‑user training, best‑practice guidance, and post‑implementation support. 7. Maintain thorough documentation of configurations, business rules, and change requests. **Required Skills** * Salesforce Administration (Lightning Experience) – configuration, security, data modeling, workflow, process builder, flow. * Revenue‑centric knowledge – opportunity stages, quoting, CPQ, contracts, renewals, and subscription billing. * Reporting & analytics – custom reports, dashboards, Einstein Analytics, data loader. * Data management – import, export, data quality, deduplication. * Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills. * Ability to produce clear technical and functional documentation. * Familiarity with integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware) is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or related field. * Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification (mandatory). * Optional/Preferred: Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce B2B Commerce, or related revenue‑cloud certifications.
