Job Description: **Job Title:** Senior Salesforce Developer **Role Summary:** Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce applications to integrate client, supplier, and employee systems. Drive a transformative initiative leveraging Salesforce/Vlocity, MuleSoft, and cloud technologies for real-time data integration and platform capabilities. **Expectations:** Deliver scalable solutions aligned with business goals, ensure adherence to SDLC processes, oversee testing and deployment, and resolve technical issues. **Key Responsibilities:** - Translate business and technical requirements into solution designs. - Develop technical specifications and ensure development aligns with project scope and timelines. - Manage full lifecycle activities: analysis, design, configuration, coding, testing, deployment. - Conduct unit, performance, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing. - Troubleshoot and resolve system defects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on API integrations and system enhancements. - Maintain version control systems (e.g., Git) and document processes. **Required Skills:** - 7+ years Salesforce development (Apex, SOQL, VisualForce). - 7+ years building cloud applications using Lightning frameworks (Aura/LWC). - Proficiency in web service integrations and API design (client/service endpoints). - Strong coding experience in object-oriented languages and relational databases (SQL, T-SQL, PL/SQL). - Experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). - Expertise in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical workflows. - Pair programming collaboration and Git/version control proficiency. - Familiarity with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) or Financial Service Cloud preferred. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience. - Salesforce Certified Platform Developer preferred.
