**Job Title:** Technical Sales & Business Development Manager **Role Summary:** Remote‑based manager responsible for driving sales and business development across South Wales, Southwest, Midlands, and Yorkshire. Must possess a strong technical background and a proven track record of leading the development and securing new opportunities within the construction sector. **Expectations:** - Deliver measurable sales growth and new client acquisition within the designated regions. - Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified construction‑industry prospects. - Leverage technical expertise to tailor solutions and close deals. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction market. 2. Develop tailored sales proposals and technical solutions that meet client needs. 3. Conduct needs assessments, product demonstrations, and technical presentations. 4. Manage end‑to‑end sales cycle from qualifying leads to contract negotiation and closure. 5. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. 6.
