Job Description
Job Title: Customer Success Executive Role Summary: Owns a portfolio of 150+ B2B clients, driving engagement, adoption, and renewal. Acts as the primary liaison for day‑to‑day support, contract management, and upsell opportunities, ensuring optimal service delivery and sustained growth. Expectations: Deliver high client satisfaction, secure contract renewals, and identify expansion potential. Maintain meticulous records in Salesforce and collaborate with sales to support revenue objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Manage client portfolio, ensuring timely communication and proactive service delivery. - Monitor and increase product adoption; introduce new features to meet client needs. - Identify and recommend upsell/cross‑sell opportunities; reduce churn by mitigating risks. - Serve as main point of contact for inquiries, providing prompt, professional resolutions. - Oversee contract generation, user provisioning, and opportunity closure within Salesforce. - Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date client information and renewal documentation. - Collaborate with product and support teams to capture feedback and drive process improvements. - Partner with New Business team to nurture expansion initiatives. Required Skills: - 6–12 months of experience in sales, account management, customer success, or related client‑facing role. - Strong verbal and written communication with ability to build trust. - Proactive problem‑solving mindset and continuous improvement focus. - Highly organized, detail‑oriented; can manage multiple priorities quickly. - Basic understanding of EU institutional operations; interest in politics or current affairs. Required Education & Certifications: Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; certifications not required.
