About the Company

Schools are facing increasing pressure from both the market and parents to incorporate Computer Science and Digital Literacy into their curriculum. Typical (Average) schools often struggle due to shortage of teachers, lack of training, absence of engaging materials and lack of variety of the subjects that are tailored to their students' needs. KodingSchoolshas adopted « Train the trainers » as a motto, teachers are offered all the resources they need to be trained in autonomy into teaching each lesson of each course. These resources are exclusively for classroom teaching, and bring best-in class resources (french and english), a rich curriculum with different modules, and pedagogical techniques. It also engages students with hands-on interactive and fun exercises. With Digital Literacy being a new subject for 90% of schools, we offer accelerated and age-appropriate curricula that allow teaching to start from day one. Our platform can be free for schools paid by parents (school supplies)

Job Title: Internship – Business Development – 6 Months Role Summary: An end‑of‑study intern will lead commercial outreach to private schools in Morocco, generate a qualified pipeline, secure 30 director meetings, and convert these into demos or pilot projects for Koding Schools’ digital literacy solutions. Expectations: - Build and sustain a qualified pipeline of private schools. - Achieve 30 qualified director appointments within the internship period. - Transform appointments into demos and pilot engagements. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect private schools using phone, email, and LinkedIn. - Create and maintain a segmented database (city, pricing tier, school size, director contacts). - Develop call scripts and email sequence frameworks. - Deliver introductory pitches to school directors. - Schedule, conduct, and follow‑up on appointments. - Log all interactions and progress in a CRM, Notion, or Google Sheet. Required Skills: - Autonomous, proactive, and highly motivated. - Strong verbal and written communication in French and English. - Excellent interpersonal skills and team collaboration. - Proficient at outbound prospecting and cold outreach. - Comfortable using CRM tools or spreadsheets for tracking. - Basic understanding of educational technology and e‑learning concepts. Required Education & Certifications: - Final‑year or recent graduate of a Master’s program in Pedagogical Design & Digital Learning. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is desirable. - Demonstrated academic excellence and literacy in French and English.
