Job Title: Frontend Developer Role Summary Lead and deliver high‑quality web projects for a digital advertising agency, focusing on responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces. Drive technology adoption, maintain internal standards, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams on production‑ready solutions. Expectations - Deliver production‑grade code within time‑boxed sprints. - Demonstrate ownership of projects, from conception to deployment. - Advocate for code quality and design consistency. - Adapt quickly to evolving toolsets and client requirements. Key Responsibilities - Lead front‑end development on multiple projects and support larger initiatives. - Research, evaluate, and integrate new frameworks, libraries, and workflows. - Maintain and enhance internal libraries, frameworks, and coding standards. - Perform thorough code reviews and enforce testing best practices. - Collaborate with designers (Figma) and back‑end teams on deliverables. - Ensure compliance with UX principles, accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.0), and data‑protection policies. Required Skills - 4+ years of agency‑style web project delivery. - Proficient in HTML5, CSS3 (BEM, modular), and JavaScript (ES6+). - Deep expertise in React; Next.js experience desirable. - Familiarity with template engines (Pug or similar). - Comfortable with command‑line tooling (npm, nvm, SSH). - Solid understanding of UX design principles, accessibility, and responsive design. - Strong written and verbal communication; adept at presenting solutions. - Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments. - Knowledge of security best practices and data‑confidentiality compliance. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. - Certifications in web development or related domains are a plus (e.g., React, UX design).
