Consultant SAP Cloud (F/H)
**Role Summary**
Collaborate within a consulting team to design, configure, and deploy SAP Cloud solutions for clients across various industries. Support the full project lifecycle—from business analysis and SAP configuration (administration, data, UI, integration, workflow) to testing, training, and go‑live—under the guidance of a solution expert while rapidly gaining autonomy. Contribute to methodology enhancement and, over time, become a subject‑matter reference for specific SAP Cloud domains and project delivery.
**Expactations**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s level (Bac+5) in IT, mathematics, engineering, or business.
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Self‑driven yet collaborative team player.
- Fluency in English and French (Italian a plus).
- Interest in digital transformation and consulting.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally and to work across multiple sectors.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Execute project methodology, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations.
2. Configure key SAP Cloud modules: administration, master data, UI personalization, data exchange, and workflow.
3. Conduct requirement analysis, system design, and testing (unit, integration, UAT).
4. Prepare implementation documentation, user guides, and training materials.
5. Collaborate with senior consultants on solution proposals and process improvements.
6. Provide post‑go‑live support and issue resolution.
7. Participate in client meetings, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions.
8. Support commercial and project management activities as expertise develops.
**Required Skills**
- SAP Cloud Platform configuration and administration fundamentals.
- Familiarity with SAP Cloud modules (e.g., S/4HANA Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba).
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical configurations.
- Basic project management skills (planning, status reporting, risk identification).
- Excellent written and oral communication in English and French.
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and documentation abilities.
- Team orientation and independent work capability.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Informatics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, MIAGE, or Business.
- SAP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Cloud Platform or relevant SAP Cloud solutions) is highly desirable but not mandatory.
