Job Description: Job title: Product Manager Role Summary: Lead one of six squads to design, develop, and launch product features for a global carsharing marketplace that serves B2B drivers, fleet owners, individual owners, and short‑term renters. Own the squad roadmap, align with company strategy, and drive product strategy from research to launch. Expectations: Drive product decisions that maximize value for users and the business. Deliver high‑quality features to web and mobile applications while balancing strategic objectives over frequent releases. Collaborate across stakeholders, mentor teammates, and represent product needs defensively. Key Responsibilities: - Own product strategy, roadmap, and quarterly plans for assigned squad - Conduct problem discovery, user research, ideation, and validate concepts with data - Translate business objectives into product features and success metrics - Collaborate with design, engineering, and QA to bring features to release - Own end‑to‑end product lifecycle: research → design → build → ship → optimize - Communicate product vision, progress, and priorities to cross‑functional teams - Prioritize backlog items, manage inter‑team coordination, and resolve blockers - Measure product performance and iterate to improve user value Required Skills: - 3–5 years of product management experience in tech or mobility sector (marketplace experience a plus) - Strong user empathy and ability to translate user problems into solutions - Excellent communication: concise writing, effective verbal presentation, stakeholder engagement - Proven project and cross‑functional team management, delivering complex initiatives timely - Analytical mindset, comfortable with data‑driven decision making - Fluency in English; additional languages beneficial Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field - Product‑management related certifications (e.g., Pragmatic, Scrum Product Owner) are a plus.
