Job Description

**Job Title:** Business Analyst **Role Summary:** Business Analyst embedded in a Product Development team, responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to monitor project progress, ensuring quality of business process documentation, and serving as the primary communication link between the system integrator development team and project sponsors. Supports supply‑chain initiatives in material management, warehousing, and procurement. **Expectations:** - Perform moderately complex quantitative analysis and derive actionable insights. - Maintain high‑quality, accurate documentation and reports. - Communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders. - Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Gather and validate data needed for project tracking and reporting. - Conduct quantitative analyses, draw conclusions, and present findings. - Review and ensure accuracy of business process documents. - Develop, update, and maintain Excel‑based reports and dashboards. - Act as liaison between the system integrator development team and project sponsors. - Collaborate with advisors, owners, and cross‑functional teams to advance development stages to testing and completion. - Apply supply‑chain knowledge to material management, warehouse management, and procurement processes. **Required Skills:** - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas). - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑interpretation abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication with strong organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks. - Familiarity with SAP and Samsara (preferred). - Understanding of supply‑chain principles (material management, warehousing, procurement). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field. - 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst (supply‑chain or product development focus).
