Job Title: Marketing Strategist
Role Summary
Develop and execute innovative multi‑channel marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate measurable growth. Collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to align initiatives with business objectives, optimize performance, and ensure seamless integration across digital, content, and event channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead ideation and development of awareness, engagement and demand campaigns.
- Partner with VP of Marketing to design and implement multi‑channel strategies.
- Manage programs across digital, content, and event channels, ensuring alignment with brand voice.
- Coordinate with social media strategist and web developer for cohesive messaging and visuals.
- Analyze campaign performance, extract insights, and optimize for ROI.
- Contribute to brand storytelling, positioning, and touchpoint consistency.
- Support marketing operations and project management to ensure timely, flawless execution.
- Optimize marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Shopify, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Mailchimp, Impact), ensuring clean data and full‑funnel visibility.
- Build automated workflows for lifecycle, retention, and reactivation campaigns (email, SMS).
- Develop dashboards and report on metrics such as LTV, CAC, conversion, and ROI.
Required Skills
- 5–8 years of marketing strategy, brand management, or digital campaign leadership.
- Proven success executing high‑impact campaigns.
- Strong creative vision combined with analytical rigor.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and marketing/project management tools.
- Experience managing Amazon e‑commerce initiatives (AMS, A+ content, product listings).
- Cross‑functional collaboration with creative, product, and sales teams.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (HubSpot, Google Ads, Google Analytics) preferred.
