**Job Title:** ServiceNow Developer
**Role Summary:**
Mid‐to‑Senior ServiceNow Developer responsible for designing, configuring, developing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, PSDS, and SPM modules. Delivery of digital transformation for federal agencies (HHS, CMS, DOD) with emphasis on request fulfillment, workflow automation, and integration with external tools.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver high‑quality ServiceNow applications within Agile Scrum cycles.
- Maintain configuration management and CMDB integrity.
- Optimize performance analytics and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with government security and documentation standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Configure and implement ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, PSDS, SPM).
- Create and maintain forms, reports, dashboards, and scheduled reports.
- Integrate with third‑party tools (Elastic, Netcool, Kafka, etc.).
- Design, develop, and deploy custom applications and Flow Designer flows.
- Support upgrades, migrations, and data integration into the CMDB.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, automating recurring tasks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to model and re‑engineer business processes.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, design artifacts, and best‑practice guides.
- Adhere to coding standards, security policies, and Agile practices.
**Required Skills:**
- ServiceNow platform expertise (configuration, scripting, Flow Designer).
- Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, PSDS, SPM, and related services.
- Experience with integrations, performance analytics, Service Portal.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow Studio.
- Agile Scrum methodology, CI/CD, and documentation tools.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent (4‑8 yrs experience) or Master’s degree (2‑6 yrs experience).
- **Certifications:**
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Minimum 2 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications covering ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, PSDS, or CSM.
