International Account Executive – US
**Role Summary**
Drive the launch and expansion of Fairly Made’s B2B SaaS platform in the United States. Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle, build strategic relationships with fashion and apparel leaders, and shape the company’s go‑to‑market strategy in a newly established market.
**Expectations**
- Establish Fairly Made as a trusted solution for traceability, LCA, and product passports among US fashion brands.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets in a complex, stakeholder‑rich environment.
- Provide market intelligence to inform product and expansion roadmaps.
- Represent the company at industry events and webinars to build thought leadership.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Prospect, qualify, and close enterprise/mid‑market deals across the US fashion and lifestyle sector.
- Lead full‑cycle sales: lead generation, needs assessment, solution presentation, negotiation, and contract signing.
- Develop and execute a localized go‑to‑market plan, including pricing, positioning, and competitive analysis.
- Engage C‑suite, Sustainability, CSR, Supply Chain, and Innovation executives; nurture long‑term partnerships.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Legal, and Impact teams to customize solutions and ensure compliance.
- Deliver demos and consultative pitches tailored to the US market context.
- Represent Fairly Made at relevant conferences, webinars, and industry events.
- Capture and communicate US market insights to executive leadership.
**Required Skills**
- 3–6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience in fashion‑tech or sustainability, preferably with enterprise or mid‑market accounts.
- Demonstrated success launching new markets or territories from scratch.
- Deep or genuine curiosity for fashion sustainability, ESG, and supply‑chain transparency.
- Strong storytelling, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Self‑directed, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Native or bilingual proficiency in English (US). French conversational skills preferred.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sustainability, or related field.
- No specific certifications required, but industry‑related credentials (e.g., CSLC, ESG) are a plus.
