**Job title**: Business Development Representative – UK Market **Role Summary**: Drive new business growth for a B2B SaaS cybersecurity platform by building a high‑quality sales pipeline in the UK/France market. Execute outbound prospecting, qualify leads, and set qualified meetings while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product to refine target profiles and messaging. **Expectations**: - Generate a steady flow of qualified opportunities that meet or exceed monthly pipeline targets. - Book a predefined number of discovery meetings with decision‑makers in cybersecurity & IT teams. - Provide accurate and timely data in the CRM and contribute insights for continuous improvement of outreach strategies. **Key Responsibilities**: - Conduct outbound outreach (email, calls, LinkedIn, events) to identify and qualify potential customers. - Personalize messaging based on prospect context and use cases. - Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in security and IT functions. - Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and go‑to‑market messaging. - Experiment with and optimize outbound tactics, tools, and messaging. - Represent the company at industry events and conferences. - Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data within the CRM. **Required Skills**: - 1+ year of experience in B2B sales or business development (SaaS preferred). - Proven ability to generate leads and book qualified meetings through cold outreach. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (native fluency required). - Comfortable with objection handling and navigating ambiguous situations. - Familiarity with sales automation tools (CRM, email sequencing, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). - Interest in cybersecurity and AI (knowledge is a plus). **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. - No mandatory certifications, but familiarity with SaaS sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger) is advantageous.
