Job Description
Job title: Sales Assistant – International Sales Support Role Summary: Support the international sales team by managing CRM data, preparing sales collateral, coordinating prospecting activities, and enabling smooth client onboarding. Operate as a liaison between prospects, internal teams, and marketing to drive the end‑to‑end sales cycle for a SaaS solution in life sciences. Expactations: - 1–3 years of sales support, sales operations, or business development experience (SaaS or life‑sciences preferred). - Self‑starter with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple deadlines independently. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French. - Comfort speaking with prospects and internal stakeholders. - Tech‑savvy; quick to adopt new tools (CRM, Google Workspace, Notion, etc.). Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and update HubSpot with accurate lead, account, and opportunity information. - Draft sales documents such as quotes, contracts, presentations, and RFP responses. - Coordinate and schedule demos, client meetings, and follow‑ups. - Track sales KPIs, produce weekly/monthly reports. - Assist in multi‑channel prospecting campaigns (LinkedIn, email, events, webinars). - Document best practices, update sales playbooks, and keep marketing content current. - Support internal events, conferences, and webinars. - Conduct light research on prospects, competitors, and market trends. - Serve as the initial point of contact for prospects and support new client onboarding with Customer Success. Required Skills: - CRM administration (HubSpot or equivalent). - Strong written communication and documentation skills. - Project coordination and multitasking abilities. - Basic data analysis and reporting. - Cross‑functional collaboration. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field) preferred. - No specific certifications required, but familiarity with SaaS sales tools is a plus.
