Job Description
**Job Title** Senior Technical Consultant – Professional Services (F/H) **Role Summary** Lead technical engagements for clients adopting and customizing the company’s software platform. Act as primary technical liaison, ensuring projects are delivered on time, meet business objectives, and integrate seamlessly with clients’ environments. **Expectations** - Minimum 5 years of consulting experience. - Fluency in French (native) and good working proficiency in English. - Strong understanding of a Java/JEE based stack (Maven, Spring, OSGi). - Proficiency in JavaScript ecosystem (React, Node.js, Yarn, Vite). - Experience with HTML/CSS, JSP, JSX, TSX. - Knowledge of data persistence/indexing tools (Elasticsearch, Lucene, Jackrabbit). - Familiarity with enterprise application servers (Apache Tomcat). **Key Responsibilities** - Identify client requirements and develop tailored proposals. - Specify and design solutions, assisting partners in drafting technical briefs. - Recommend products from the portfolio to meet functional and technical needs. - Facilitate technical implementation, development activities, and product upgrades. - Contribute to integration reviews: code review and specification review. - Manage technical project progress, anticipate issues, and promote best practices. - Coordinate with internal departments (Product, Support, Sales) for efficient delivery. - Conduct onsite knowledge transfer: technical and functional training, creating/updating training materials. - Report operational insights (functional needs, observed pitfalls) back to relevant teams. **Required Skills** - Advanced technical consulting and software integration expertise. - Strong analytical and problem‑diagnosis capabilities. - Ability to design high‑level solutions and provide implementation guidance, including code examples when necessary. - Excellent time‑management and prioritization. - Proven ability to collaborate across dispersed teams and geographies. - Superior interpersonal communication (written and spoken). - Pedagogical aptitude for training and knowledge transfer. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle, Java SE, AWS, etc.) are desirable but not mandatory.
