Country Manager France (F/H)
**Role Summary**
Lead all commercial and operational activities for the French market in a European textile‑professional company. Drive strategic growth, structure and scale the sales organization, and secure key accounts while maintaining strong alignment with global corporate functions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and execute the France market strategy, tailoring positioning, offers, and messaging.
- Manage sales planning: revenue targets by segment, client, and rep.
- Monitor market trends, competitor actions, and public tenders; adjust strategy accordingly.
- Optimize pricing, discounts, and margin improvement.
- Lead, motivate, and structure the national sales team (field and support).
- Implement commercial routines, KPI dashboards, CRM usage, and performance standards.
- Coach and retain sales talent, ensuring continuous skill development.
- Directly manage strategic client portfolio, focusing on health and medical‑social sectors.
- Lead bid responses, negotiate contracts, and secure contract renewals.
- Expand presence in Île‑de‑France to capture national key accounts.
- Interface with global teams (logistics, finance, marketing, IT) and provide regular reporting.
- Represent the brand at institutional, partner, and prescriber events.
