Job Description
**Job Title:** Audio Visual Project Coordinator **Role Summary:** Coordinate and oversee audio‑visual (AV) projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring they meet client specifications, quality standards, and agreed timelines. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and external vendors, managing project documentation, schedules, and resources within a fast‑growing AV environment. **Expectations:** - Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget. - Maintain high‑quality client service and communication. - Uphold internal project management processes and continuous improvement. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and task trackers. - Coordinate internal departments (design, engineering, installation, support) and external subcontractors. - Monitor project milestones, identify risks, and implement mitigation actions. - Prepare and distribute status reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation. - Manage procurement of AV equipment, ensuring correct specifications and timely delivery. - Conduct site visits and assist with equipment staging, testing, and commissioning. - Resolve client inquiries, change requests, and issues promptly. - Archive completed project files and conduct post‑project reviews for lessons learned. **Required Skills:** - Strong project coordination/management abilities (e.g., scheduling, task tracking). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana) and Microsoft Office suite. - Solid understanding of AV technologies, equipment, and industry best practices. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively. - Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail. - Customer‑focused attitude and teamwork orientation. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Audio‑Visual Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred but not mandatory. - Relevant AV industry certifications (e.g., CTS, AVIXA) advantageous.

Job Description
