About the Company

Welcome to Rebel Recruitment, an Allied Health recruitment agency based in Perth and operating across Australia. We help Allied Health businesses find skilled staff who stay, while helping therapists land roles with better pay, culture, and support. At Rebel, we don’t follow industry trends, we set them. Led by Founder and Director Chris Antartis, we partner closely with OTs, Speech Pathologists, Physios and PBS practitioners at every stage of their career. We take the time to understand your goals and what a great role looks like, then connect you with opportunities that align with your lifestyle, values, and long-term aspirations. You will never feel like just another number. For employers, we work with clinics, community organisations and health providers who genuinely care about culture and hiring the right people. You’ll get honest market insights, access to premium candidates you won’t find on job boards, and hands-on support through the entire process so you can secure people who stay and help your business grow. The way we work is simple and people first: 1. Bold approach: Proactive, strategic recruitment through headhunting, market mapping, networking, and events. 2. Quality over quantity: Every introduction is considered, personalised, and focused on long term fit. 3. Integrity and honesty: Clear and transparent communication at every step. Real connection: Face-to-face catch ups, uni visits, expos, and ongoing relationship building. If you’re an Allied Health professional exploring your next move, or an employer wanting to build a high quality team, feel free to send a message here on LinkedIn or reach us at chris@rebelrecruitment.com.au.
