Job Description
Job title: Manager, Security Role Summary Lead the implementation and maintenance of a global security program within a multinational organization. Act as a liaison between office managers, vendors, and senior leadership to ensure consistent security policies, incident response, and business continuity across all sites. Expectations - Deliver measurable improvements in security posture through consistent policy application. - Provide timely incident response and risk mitigation support. - Maintain alignment of local security practices with global standards and frameworks. Key Responsibilities - Develop and enforce standardized security policies and procedures across regional offices. - Advise office managers on best practices, identify remediation opportunities, and support risk assessment initiatives. - Coordinate planning and execution of annual security assessments in partnership with office managers. - Manage relationships with security vendors, ensuring service levels meet agreed standards. - Operate and oversee security infrastructure (access control, emergency alerting, threat monitoring). - Update and maintain the Global Risk Register, reporting local security incidents and concerns. - Serve as escalation point for security incidents, coordinating communication and response with stakeholders. - Support day‑to‑day use of security intelligence platforms, reviewing automated alerts and escalating as needed. - Aid in the development, implementation, and testing of business continuity plans, conducting tabletop exercises and drills. - Ensure continuity frameworks remain aligned with global and regional requirements, capturing lessons learned.
